Anniversary lunch

Today I took Nelson out to have some blood taken for a test. He surprised me by easily telling the clinic staff his date of birth which he hadn't been able to do before.

Since he'd had to forego breakfast for the fasting test, we decided to go and get some early lunch to celebrate our anniversay with just the 2 of us. Of course, yum cha was the natural choice! Nelson really enjoyed the food and it was nice and quiet since the restaurant had just opened at 11am. Naturally we had to have chicken's feet...

 

By 12 a few tables of people had sat down and the noise was clearly a problem for Nelson. He was also exhausted by then so I took him back to BUPA despite his suggestion that perhaps I could take him home instead ... hmmm.
